New Voices Initiative listens to your voice and gives you an audience.
New Voices Initiative has an idea.
It promotes gender parity and diversity.
It was launched
▪︎ by LCI's first woman International President Gudrun Yngvadottir
▪︎ back in 2018-2019.
New Voices Initiative has a goal.
It aims to increase the number of
▪︎ women,
▪︎ young adults, and
▪︎ underrepresented populations
in our association.
New Voices Initiative has a way.
It celebrates your dynamic and innovative contribution in one of four areas:
▪︎ service,
▪︎ membership,
▪︎ leadership, or
▪︎ marketing.
It's your time to inspire Lions and Leos!
If you're selected as your district's New Voice in one of the four areas
▪︎ you'll be celebrated regionally and internationally
▪︎ this year and upcoming years
▪︎ to showcase your contribution
▪︎ and inspire other Lions and Leos.
Where should you start?

Act
Make a dynamic and innovative contribution in one of the four areas:
▪︎ service,
▪︎ membership,
▪︎ leadership, or
▪︎ marketing.

Remember
Your contribution can be on all levels:
▪︎ club, zone,
▪︎ district, MD, or
▪︎ international
from:
▪︎ this year, or
▪︎ recent years.

Reach AUT
Submit your contribution as a story to your District New Voices Chairperson until the end of October.
▪︎ If you don't have a chairperson, contact your District Governor.
▪︎ If the initiative is not known in your district, contact us, the New Voices Team Europe, and we will support you.
There's no limitation to your contribution. Here are some examples from the past.
